Ground Transportation Reservation Agreement

This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is the contract between PS Limo Service in Seattle (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and the Customer, whose name and other identifying information is provided to Company in their online form at https://www.pslimoservice.com/reservation.html (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”). By checking the online box labeled “I have read and agree with the Reservation Agreement in its entirety” on our Web page at https://www.pslimoservice.com/reservation.html, Customer warrants such agreement. Terms and conditions of this Service Agreement are as follows:

Section 1. PAYMENT AND APPLICATION OF CHARGES AND DEPOSITS; ENGAGEMENT CANCELLATION AND ASSOCIATED REFUNDS.

I, Customer, by my completion of Company’s online form at https://www.pslimoservice.com/reservation.html, do thereby and hereby authorize Company to charge Customer’s credit card (whether a deposit, a balance due, an authorized fee or as full payment) in the amount stated on said online form to engage and hire Company to perform transportation services in Company’s vehicle(s). Customer understands that all charges are non-refundable and all engagements are non-cancelable after their respective cancellation periods as described within this Agreement have expired. Customer understands that by completing said online form and entering credit card information in the appropriate fields or otherwise providing such information to PS Limo Service in Seattle, Customer’s reservation to engage Company’s services is confirmed and Customer’s credit card will be charged immediately or whenever Company decides to do so.

I, Customer, understand and accept all of the following: All specialty vehicles such as stretch limousines, party buses and coach buses require a 20% non-refundable deposit when Customer makes a reservation. Customer’s deposit is applied toward Customer’s total transportation investment. For all of Company’s other vehicles, full payment is required on the date of Customer’s scheduled pickup. In all cases, Customer’s credit card information is required (either by telephone or on Company’s website) to secure any reservation.

I, Customer, understand and accept all of the following: For all of Company’s stretch limousines, party buses and coach buses, Customer may cancel their reservation 48 hours or more prior to its scheduled pickup time. In the event that Customer cancels their reservation within 48 hours of its scheduled pickup time, the full investment for Customer’s scheduled trip will be charged to Customer’s credit card.

I, Customer, understand and accept all of the following: For of Company’s luxury sedans, SUVs and luxury and shuttle vans, Customer may cancel their reservation 6 hours or more prior to its scheduled pickup time. In the event that Customer cancels their reservation within 6 hours of its scheduled pickup time, the full investment for Customer’s scheduled trip will be charged to Customer credit card.

Section 2. DELAYED PICKUP, VEHICLE SUBSTITUTION AND ASSOCIATED REFUNDS.

I, Customer, agree to hold Company harmless for any delayed pickup time or vehicle substitution that is caused and/or necessitated by any act of God, mechanical problem, traffic problem or any other problem that Company, at its sole discretion, determines is outside its control. In all such cases, I agree not to request any refund from Company or credit card chargeback from my credit card company or financial institution.

Section 3. RULES & REGULATIONS DURING CUSTOMER’S ENGAGEMENT OF COMPANY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

I, Customer, understand and accept all of the following Rules and Regulations:
1.Consumption of alcoholic beverages by Customer or anyone in Customer’s party who is under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Violation may, at the sole discretion of Company, result in early and immediate termination of said engagement. In all such cases, Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

1.Use of tobacco products of any kind is strictly prohibited. Customer hereby authorizes Company to charge $100 per incident to Customer’s credit card in addition to all regular engagement charges. In addition, any burn holes, smoke or chewing tobacco smell, tobacco stains or other tobacco related damage will result in a $500 repair/cleaning charge in addition to all regular engagement charges. There will be no exceptions.

1.If Customer or anyone in Customer’s party vomits or otherwise leaves bodily fluids or substances in Company’s vehicle, Customer hereby authorizes Company to charge a $500 clean-up fee to Customer’s credit card in addition to all regular engagement charges.

1.At Company driver’s sole discretion, all passengers who vomit outside Company’s vehicle during the engagement will not be allowed to re-enter the vehicle. In all such cases, Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

1.No tolls or parking fees are included in Customer’s regular engagement charges, and all such tolls or fees must be paid by Customer during the engagement immediately when said tolls or fees are due.

1.Customer hereby authorizes Company to charge a $100 clean up fee to Customer’s credit card in addition to all regular engagement charges for excessive matter or any gum on the carpet, floor or any part of Company’s vehicle interior or exterior.

1.At Company driver’s sole discretion, all unruly persons will be asked to exit Company’s vehicle. In all such cases, Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

1.Company is not responsible for any of Customer’s or Customer’s party’s lost, damaged or stolen property.

1.Possession and/or use of controlled substances or illegally obtained drugs of any kind is strictly prohibited. Violation may, at the sole discretion of Company, result in early and immediate termination of said engagement. In all such cases, Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

1.Overtime hourly rates will be charged according to Company’s published hourly rate for the contracted vehicle in 30-minute increments beginning whenever (a) Company’s driver must wait for Customer and/or his/her party longer than 15 minutes past the appointed pickup time to board the vehicle at the beginning of the scheduled trip, OR (b) Customer asks for time to be added to the scheduled trip. When any additional time as described in (a) or (b) above exceeds 15 minutes, the additional charge will be equivalent to 30 minutes according to Company’s published hourly rate for the contracted vehicle. When any additional time as described in (a) or (b) above exceeds 30 minutes, the additional charge will be equivalent to 60 minutes according to Company’s published hourly rate for the contracted vehicle.

1.In the event Customer cancels an already confirmed reservation after its cancellation period as described within this Agreement has expired, Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

1.Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay all overtime charges as described within this Agreement.

1.Customer agrees that all entertainment including CDs, DVDs etc. shall be provided by Customer.

1.Customer agrees that all parts inside or outside of Company’s vehicle that are damaged during Customer’s engagement of Company’s services will be charged to Customer’s credit card at a minimum of $500.

I, Customer, agree with all above charges, and further agree to pay any and all damages my party may cause that are in any way related to Customer’s engagement of Company’s services.
